We have just completed designing and furnishing a new show home to market four unique properties on Chorlon Green. Formally an old school built by the Church of England, the property dates back to 1879.

Converted into four-bedroom townhouses by a private developer, NoChintz were appointed to create a show home that would enhance the already impressive spaces that have retained key original features including the pitch pine roof beams, old fire places, brick and stone walls as well as the original windows.

The look was created by mixing vintage finds along with high-end designer pieces. A nod to the classroom, and some playful touches have remained true to the spaces history, whilst showcasing the family friendly home.

twentytwentyone have reproduced and re-launched Robin Days classic chair, The Reclining Chair. The chair was originally designed in 1952, and over the years has become an classic and iconic design.
The consent and the development towards the reissue of the Reclining Chair began before Robin Day sadly passed away, twentytwentyone worked with the designer to produce both new and historical designs.
There is no doubt that the Reclining chair re-launch is a lasting tribute to the outstanding designer who made his name as Britain’s most influential furniture designer.

Show Homes
We have recently finished two show apartments and the marketing suite for the Urban Splash development, Longlands, Stalybridge.
The one and two bedroom apartments are part of Urban Splash’s regeneration of Longlands, the oldest surviving cotton mill in the area. Currently being developed into shops, cafés and gardens as well as apartments, the site where the mill sits will be revived after being dormant for nearly 50 years.
The One bedroom apartment has been designed with the focus of the surroundings it is in. Situated next to the river bank and the canal the influence of nature and the environment can be seen through various elements used, including blue and green colours. Modern furniture pieces are used in the lounge area to keep the apartment contemporary.
The two-bedroom apartment has a modern feel with retro influences throughout. The master bedroom has a light airy and luxurious feel. The second bedroom has a elements of the nature theme carrying on the theme of bringing the beautiful surroundings of the building inside.
Space at Longlands is available now; contact Urban Splash for more information or visit www.urbansplash.co.uk/longlands

NoChintz have been working to promote Argents development The Hive, Manchester.
To promote the commercial space we will be installing two ‘pop up’ offices. The first displaying a cool, sleek, and contemporary theme. The second has a Northern quarter, eccentric theme. Alongside the offices we will be adding some interesting touches to the Atrium space to sit alongside our yellow steel benches, designed by Peter Masters.
The Hive, situated in on Lever Street in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter, has been designed with great focus on being environmentally friendly. BREEAM is the industry measurement for sustainability and The Hive is only one of three buildings in the UK to have exceeded the level required in the past year.
Natural rubber floor covers fitted in all common areas, ‘Gold badge’ recycling and environmental facilities and energy efficient boilers are just some of the ways The Hive is displaying its green credentials
Contributing to unique and forward thinking theme of design, The Hive also has a natural ventilation process called ‘night purge’. Each unit will natural cool in the night and eliminates the need for air conditioning systems.
