We are celebrating business success after winning the Employer of the Year Award at this year’s E3 Business Awards.
NoChintz’s Amy and Leanne attended the awards ceremony, which took place at the Macron Stadium in Bolton, the event recognises and rewards business excellence in the North West, particularly those organisations that showed a real investment in enterprise, education and employment. 500 delegates from businesses, universities, local authorities and support organisations across the North West attended the E3 Awards and there were four finalists for each of the twelve award categories.
Receiving the award, NoChintz Leanne said: “As a business we really strive to provide each member of our team with the opportunity to take responsibility and grow the business. We are delighted to have won this award and we recognise that we have achieved this because of our ability to attract a motivated and hard-working team, with individuals who understand clearly their position in the business and the roles to which they can aspire.
“The directors of the business work for excellence across the whole team and want NoChintz to be a brilliant place to work. We want to sustain our commitment to creating jobs and developing creative professionals and their careers, so we are thrilled with this award.”
Nominations were judged by an independent panel of entrepreneurs, academics and business experts. Owing to the large number of entrants, which was considerably higher than in 2013, competition was fierce and the organisers were keen to point out that even a shortlisting therefore represented a very creditable achievement.
Speaking on behalf of 1 Events Media, which conceived and hosted the awards, managing director Mubarak Chati said: “NoChintz can be very proud of its business achievements this year and, of course, for winning the award itself. In a year in which we received a record number of nominations, the standard of entries was exceptionally high so to win this category proves that the company and its staff have done something very special indeed.”
